Celebrate Recovery is a 12 step program meeting Thursday nights at 6:30 pm (large group) & 7:30 pm (optional small group) that helps those who struggle with habits such as alcoholism, divorce, abuses of all kinds, co-dependency, domestic violence, rage, drug addiction, mental health, sexual addiction, food addictions, physical struggles or disease, death of a loved one and more. As we grow spiritually and we are freed from our hurts, hang-ups, and habits we develop a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ and others.

YOUTH FUNDRAISER FOR LAKE LUNDGREN

A big THANK YOU to those of you who came and supported the youth this past Sunday at their spaghetti lunch!  They are raising funds to attend Lake Lundgren Bible Camp's Fall Fest in October.  If you weren't able to make it, but would still like to contribute to their fundraising efforts, simply turn in your donation to the church office or put it in the offering plate and specify that it goes towards youth.  Thank you again for your generosity in this way!

TRUNK OR TREAT TRUNK DECORATION

North Shore's annual Trunk or Treat event is right around the corner!  It will be held on Tuesday, October 31st from 6:00-8:00 pm.  Now is a great time to start thinking about trunk decoration!  We'd love to see as many cars as possible decorated for this wonderful outreach event.  Click here for some cute trunk ideas!  Please keep in mind we want to refrain from any decorations or themes regarding witchcraft, sorcery, or any other traditional Halloween decorations that are scary or spooky.

Have an idea for a stand inside the church instead of a trunk?  We're looking for those too!

NEW ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL HOURS STARTS THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH

Join Pastor Duncan as he begins a new Sunday School format on Christian theology THIS Sunday, September 10th.  Come explore the teachings of the church in greater depth and know the Word in a new way.  We meet at 9:00 am on Sunday mornings in the Fireside Room.

GOSPEL PROJECT & ROOTS LAUNCH THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH

North Shore's children's Sunday School, "The Gospel Project" and children's church, "Roots" will launch THIS Sunday, September 10th! 

The Gospel Project® is a chronological, Christ-centered Bible study for Kids that examines how all Scripture gives testimony to Jesus Christ. Over the course of three years, participants will journey from Genesis to Revelation and discover how God’s plan of redemption unfolds throughout Scripture and still today, compelling them to join the mission of God. Kids, ages 4k-5th grade, come join us for this fantastic program on Sunday mornings at 9 am downstairs!

Roots will take place during the service from 10:15-11:15 am (children will be dismissed after worship). It is geared for 4-6 year olds and will use the curriculum from the Gospel Project!

"ART OF MARRIAGE" CONFERENCE COMING TO GREEN BAY

The Art of Marriage, a biblically-centered conference presented by FamilyLife, is coming to the Green Bay area, Friday and Saturday, October 13 & 14.

This video conference addresses the challenges of marriage, equips couples with a biblical understanding of God's design for marriage, and provides tools to achieve His design for their marriages.
