TRX CLASS STARTING SOON AT NORTH SHORE



What is TRX®? 

TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Whether you’re young or old, out of shape or a beast, injured or at the top of your game, TRX Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

This TRX class is very much like small group personal training sessions. You will be individually instructed and monitored for proper technique, form and executions for each exercise; all based on your own individual fitness level.



Where: North Shore Church - 511 47th Avenue- Menominee

When: Starting Tuesdays, September 29, 2016 - 5:30 pm

Sessions: 8 week - 45 minute sessions - sessions will run continuous

Cost: $ 80.00 - please pre-register – class size is limited

Please bring exercise mat and/or towel

Join us this Sunday, September 27TH @ 5:00 pm at the Menominee Marina Bandshell for a night of fun playing Ultimate Frisbee.

Celebrate Recovery is a 12 step program meeting Thursday nights at 6:30pm (large group) 7:30 pm (optional small group) that helps those who struggle with habits such as alcoholism, divorce, abuses of all kinds, co-dependency, domestic violence, rage, drug addiction, mental health, sexual addiction, food addictions, physical struggles or disease, death of a loved one and more. As we grow spiritually and we are freed from our hurts, hang-ups, and habits we develop a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ and others.

NURSERY, gets a whole new look!!!


Kids are awesome!!!  And. because kids matter to Jesus, they matter to us.
This week, North Shore's Nursery classrooms got a new look. Stop by and check it out.
These changes are part of North Shore's plan of bringing greater excellence to children's ministries. We are striving to make our children's ministries excellent, so that kids will have a great time, learn who Jesus is, and will be impacted by the love of adults. We are also working hard to make it easier for you to better serve and love kids in these areas.
If you are interested in serving in this valuable ministry, please let the front office know. We will be happy to assist and train you.

Greetings! This is Rich Larson wanting to invite you to have a few of your men in your congregation to join us in a backyard missions trip to Homestead Baptist church on September 18th-19th. If you are unable to commit to both days, please consider helping Saturday, September 19th.

Crossroads Faith InDeed is coming alongside Homestead Baptist church to put a new roof on their church building and we want to invite you to join us in blessing them. 
Here's what WE need:
- able men with a heart to bless and be ready to be blessed!
- join us Friday afternoon or evening for prep OR Saturday for shingling.

What YOU don't need:
-experience! We will have jobs for all skill levels!
-we provide all the tools and equipment necessary

We will have a fire pit and camping Friday and Saturday night for guys that want to stay overnight -- great fellowship time!

Benefit for you:
- it gets men excited about serving and engaging in the body.
- guys come back with a renewed passion to serve and lead!
